Heart-Centered Meditation - Beginner Weekend $250
Instruction - First 2 years of Heart-Centered Meditation

Friday Evening, May 15th: 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturday, May 16th: 9:30am - 3:00pm
Extra Session - Saturday, May 16th: 3:15pm - 4:00pm

Registration of $250 is due on or before Saturday, May 2nd.
Registration is non-refundable or transferable.
Bring cushions and padded mats if you wish to sit on the floor.

Private sessions available upon request.
