Heart-Centered Meditation - Beginner Weekend $200
Instruction - First 2 years of Heart-Centered Meditation

Friday Evening, Sept 18th: 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturday, Sept 19th: 9:30am - 3:00pm

Registration of $200 is due on or before Saturday, August 22nd.
Registration is non-refundable or transferable.
Bring cushions and padded mats if you wish to sit on the floor.

Private sessions available upon request.
